The Williams Drug lunch counter is seen in 1967 in a photo created to show the new look of the store.
The Main St. pharmacy was a favorite for locals for decades with their fountain drinks, grilled sandwiches and ice cream. It opened in 1953 and closed in 1997.
Many young boys got their first comic book here. Main St. is just outside the door on the far end of the counter.
Today, this building is Punky's on Main.
